What You’ll Be Doing (Your Daily Work)

• Content Planning

Plan and come up with engaging content ideas for TikTok （mainly）& social media

Not just “what to post”, but:

What makes people stop scrolling

What keeps them watching

What makes them interested in the product

• Short Video Production (On-Camera Role)

Create short-form videos for TikTok / Reels

Be comfortable appearing on camera

Showcase products, balloon setups, and behind-the-scenes

You are part of the content, not just behind the camera

• 3 Video Editing & Subtitles

Use CapCut to edit short videos, make contents more engaging & easy to understand

• Content Posting & Organisation

Schedule and post content across platforms

Organise video files, photos, and content assets properly

• Performance Tracking & Content Improvement

Monitor content performance (views, engagement, saves, shares), figure out what’s working, and improve contents to get better results over time

• Consistent Execution & Experimentation

Produce content consistently (weekly output expected)

Test different hooks, formats, and ideas

Be okay with reshooting and refining content

Who We’re Looking For

1–2 years experience in content creation / short video (fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome)

Comfortable on camera (not camera-shy)

Basic skills in CapCut + Canva

Able to communicate ideas clearly

Interested in creative

Able to manage time and handle multiple tasks

Understand basic content metrics (views, engagement)

Creative, but also willing to learn what actually works

You follow social media (especially TikTok) trends closely

Not Suitable If You:

Only enjoy filming but don’t want to improve results

Are not comfortable being on camera

Give up easily when content doesn’t perform

Don’t like feedback, reshooting, or making changes
