SALES MANAGER

We are looking for an energetic and Gold-Oriented talents who willing to be responsible on selling, distributing and marketing our Indian Foods Restaurant.

Task & Responsibilities :

- Recruit, train, onboard, mentor and motivate Sales representatives.
- Develop Sales plans and execute the strategies to reach Sales target as well as beyond Sales target.
- Setting performance target.
- Carry out market analysis and look for opportunities to sell product and service.
- Manage key accounts and Sales budget.
- Attend to Customer feedback, resolve conflicts and foster long term satisfaction.
- Partner with Marketing and Finance team to maximize product market
- Achieve success of 5-C (customer, communication, closing, consistency and continuous learning)
- Forecast Sales volumes to predict revenue accurately
- Being accountable for Profit and Loss

Requirement :

- Proficient in TAMIL LANGUAGE
- Well experienced in SALES AND MARKETING
- Available to commence work at the very earliest convenience
- Willing to handle a brand new Restaurant based in Tampoi, Johor Bahru.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
