Perform SMT and Assembly in-process inspections according to quality requirements.
Conduct visual inspection of products based on IPC standards, work instructions, and customer specifications.
Verify component placement, polarity, orientation, solder quality, and workmanship.
Inspect assembly processes, mechanical fit, labeling, and packaging quality.
Perform line patrol audits to ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures.
Verify operator adherence to work instructions and process controls.
Monitor compliance to ESD, handling, housekeeping, and material control requirements.
Identify, document, and report quality non-conformances.
Complete inspection reports, audit checklists, and quality records accurately.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong visual inspection skills.
• Understanding of SMT and assembly processes.
• Knowledge of ESD and product handling requirements.
• Good attention to detail and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From RM1,750.00 per month
