Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting functions. Fresh graduate is welcome.
  • Familiar with accounting software (AutoCount) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work within deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice is added advantage

Tanggungjawab

  • Process supplier invoices, payment requests, office expenses, staff claims, and reimbursements accurately and timely.
  • Verify invoices against supporting documents, purchase orders, and approvals before payment processing.
  • Prepare payment schedules and coordinate payments to suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
  • Handle vendor statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, payment vouchers, and accounting records.
  • Monitor outstanding payables and ensure timely payment to vendors.
  • Assist in monthly account closing and preparation of AP reports.
  • Record financial transactions and update accounting systems accurately.
  • Ensure all supplier, vendor, contractor, and third-party information and records are accurate, complete, and updated in the accounting system and company database at all times.
  • Liaise with internal departments regarding invoices, claims, and payment matters.
  • Manage and respond to emails and correspondence from vendors, suppliers, contractors, internal departments, and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
  • Responsible for processing and settlement of expenses related to promotional and marketing activities, and ensuring proper filing and maintenance of all supporting documents and records related to promotional campaigns.
  • Assist in audit exercises by preparing supporting documents when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and internal controls.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager from time to time.
