Key Responsibilities:
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administrative operations, including procurement of stationery, office supplies, and coordination of office maintenance and facilities.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, courier services, and telephone inquiries.
- Maintain and update company records, , licenses, permits, and administrative documents.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, company events, staff activities, and travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation, and transportation.
- Maintain an efficient filing system for both physical and electronic documents to ensure proper record retention and easy retrieval.
- Monitor office expenses, petty cash transactions, and prepare related reports for management review.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, letters, and other administrative documentation as required.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, landlords, and external parties regarding office-related matters.
- Support various departments with administrative and operational requirements to ensure smooth business operations.
- Handle applications, renewals, submissions, and compliance requirements with government agencies, including the MIDA, local authorities, and other regulatory bodies.
- Liaise with government departments, statutory bodies, and external consultants regarding company registrations, compliance matters, and regulatory requirements.
- Support HR and Finance departments with administrative documentation and coordination activities as needed.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in Administrative task and HR
- With experience in processing of MIDA
Skills & Competencies:
- Good command of English
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented and service-minded.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
