Kerja Sepenuh Masa QUANTITY SURVEYOR, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di GLOBALLAB ENGINEERING SDN BHD Pahang - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing project cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
• Monitor and control costs throughout project implementation
• Carry out quantity take-off and measurements of works
• Assist in preparing and managing progress claims
• Evaluate subcontractor payment claims
• Manage Variation Orders (VO) and changes in project scope
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Prepare cost reports and monitor project cash flow
• Ensure all tender and quotation documents are updated, organized, and easily accessible
• Maintain and update databases for tenders and quotations
• Perform other duties assigned by management as required

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or cost consulting
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and pricing
• Skilled in cost estimation and cost control/management
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
