Background in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field

2-5 years of experience in food manufacturing (QA or R&D)

Strong attention to detail and structured thinking

Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented

Able to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO)

Monitor production processes and implement quality control systems

Handle documentation, audits, and regulatory requirements

Investigate and resolve quality issues proactively

Develop and improve products (taste, shelf life, cost efficiency)

Conduct trials and scale-up processes from lab to production

Source and evaluate new ingredients and suppliers

Work closely with operations to optimize formulations
