Kelayakan

  • Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin(spoken and written). Ability to type, read, and communicate efficiently in Traditional Text.

  • Dialect Advantage: Ability to understand or speak Cantonese is a highly preferred advantage.

  • Shift Flexibility: Must be strictly willing to work on a24/7 rotational shift schedule, including midnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Education: Minimum of SPM / UEC / STPM / Diploma or Degree in any field. Fresh graduates with high language proficiency are welcome to apply.

  • Core Skills: Strong emotional resilience and stress management to handle high-volume escalations, booking emergencies, and demanding customers.

    • Excellent multi-tasking skills (navigating multiple reservation screens while talking/chatting with guests and hotel partners simultaneously).

    • Good typing speed (Minimum 45 WPM with high accuracy).

  • Work Location: Must be willing to work onsite at the designated office location (included Subang Jaya, Cyberjaya, Ampang Park, KL Sentral, Kelana Centre Point).

Tanggungjawab

  • End-to-End Customer Support: Handle inbound calls, live chats, and emails from Taiwanese regarding hotel bookings, flights, cancellations, modifications, and special requests.

  • Escalation & Dispute Resolution: Actively troubleshoot urgent, real-time travel crises (e.g., a guest arriving at a hotel to find their room overbooked) and negotiate fair solutions like refunds, compensation, or room upgrades.

  • B2B Liaison: Coordinate directly with international hotel partners, airlines, and third-party vendors to resolve booking discrepancies on behalf of the customer.

  • Maintain Luxury Service Metrics: Achieve and exceed individual performance targets, including First Contact Resolution (FCR), Average Handling Time (AHT), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

  • Accurate Data Logging: Document all customer interactions and case details accurately within CRM and ticketing systems.
