• Support the planning and implementation of Service-Learning events, as well as finance, data processing, and administrative functions for the Service-Learning team.
• Administration of Service-Learning project grants.
• Support in matters related to Experiential Graduation Requirements.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders (e.g., SUSS staff, faculty/associate faculty, teaching assistants, SUSS students, and community partners) in fulfilment of the abovementioned responsibilities.
• Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor.

• A Polytechnic Diploma, A-level holder or current SUSS undergraduate part-time student with at least 1 year of professional experience.
• Proficient in handling data and data entry preferred.
• Some experience and knowledge of finance and accounting will be a bonus.
• Proficient in Microsoft software (MS365, Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.).
• Good communication, writing and presentation skills.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills, and a high level of integrity.
• Good coordination and administrative skills, with the ability to manage and work independently.
• Able to work onsite at SUSS - Clementi Campus.
