Tanggungjawab
1. END USER SUPPORT
1.1. To provide level 1 and level 2 support at head office, branches, and subsidiaries.
1.2. To liaise with internal and external users in regard to problem solving and supports.
1.3. To investigate computer-related issues raised by the users and escalate if needed.
1.4. To provide support to other team's members and work in close-knit team environment.
1.5. To review the reported problems and escalate it to the relevant supporting personnel.
1.6. To setup and deploy new machines in the organizations.
1.7. To setup and deploy company-issued smartphones to user
1.8. To provide support on network administration, hardware/software installation, maintenance & implementation of PCs, servers, LAN/WAN/VPN network infrastructure and upkeep of software licensing.
2. PROJECT SUPPORT
2.1. To participate in ad-hoc or cross-team project carried out by the department, from time to time, depending on whether relevant skill sets is available or depend on the project requirement.
3. DOCUMENTATION
3.1. To assist in writing documents such as User Guides, System Documentations, MIS Operation Procedure and Training Guides, etc.
Benefits:

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
