Key ResponsibilitiesOnline Sales & Customer Engagement

• Respond to customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, social media, e-commerce platforms, and online channels.
• Recommend suitable products and wellness solutions based on customer needs.
• Follow up with prospective customers and sales leads to maximize conversion rates.
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

E-Commerce Support

• Assist in managing product listings across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other online platforms.
• Ensure product information, promotions, pricing, and inventory details remain accurate and updated.
• Support online campaigns, promotions, and special sales events.

Order Coordination

• Assist customers throughout the purchasing process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer feedback and provide professional after-sales support.

Sales Growth & Business Development

• Generate online sales through various digital channels.
• Participate in company sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and expand customer reach.

Reporting & Administration

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Submit simple weekly activity and sales reports.
• Attend weekly team meetings, training sessions, and business updates at the Eco Botanic office.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in online sales, customer service, e-commerce, or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and other digital platforms.
• Possess a reliable internet connection and suitable work-from-home environment.
• Able to attend the office in Eco Botanic, Iskandar Puteri once per week for meetings and training.
