• Physically fit and able to perform manual and cleaning tasks.

• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently.

• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and maintenance practices is an advantage.

• Able to follow instructions and maintain a positive work attitude.

• Punctual, reliable, and committed to maintaining workplace cleanliness and safety.

Cleaning & Environment Maintenance (60%)

• Perform daily cleaning duties within the premises, including sweeping, mopping -floors, emptying trash bins, and cleaning restrooms.

• Ensure all indoor areas are kept clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas surrounding the building.

• Care for plants and garden areas by carrying out regular watering, weeding, and basic trimming activities.

• Support overall workplace hygiene and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for employees and visitors.

Physical & Hardware Operations Support (40%)

• Assist with event, meeting, and activity setup, including arranging tables, chairs, banners, and related equipment.

• Load, unload, move, and properly store inventory, event equipment, and other materials as required.

• Conduct daily facility and security checks, ensuring doors, windows, lights, air-conditioners, and other equipment are properly secured or switched off at closing time.

• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns (e.g., broken furniture, faulty lighting, damaged facilities) to the management team promptly.

• Provide general operational support and perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.
