Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience

• Familiar with accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, UBS, Xero, etc.)

• Knowledge of tax compliance, E-Invoicing, and accounting processes

• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines

• Able to work independently and collaborate well with the team

Added Advantage

• Experience in handling audit, tax, or compliance-related documentation

• Experience communicating with customers, vendors, or stakeholders from diverse backgrounds

• Familiarity with customer-facing or coordination roles in a multilingual environment

• Handle daily accounting functions including AP, AR, invoicing, and payment processing

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accounting records

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing, preparation of financial reports

• Support tax compliance, E-Invoicing requirements

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records
