Kerja Kontrak Banking Officer (AFC Name Screening) - 6 Months Contract, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di Prospect Workforce Solution Sdn. Bhd. WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

• Minimum 1 years of experience in banking/finance related work

• A good team player with good communication skill

• Willing to work long hours if need be

• Ability to perform routine tasks and check work for accuracy before submitting/approving in system (Always with zero-defects mindset).

• Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude

• Well organized and able to multi task and handle conflicting priorities

Job responsibilities (Screening Team) :

• To perform manual name screening against World Check & Alert info to identify Political Exposed Person (PEP) and AML/CFT adverse news on customers’ prior on boarding or on-going reviews.

• To investigate the new alerts that are being triggered in automated Deticasystem (name screening).

• Where applicable, to engage Relationship Manager (RM) on names which require further clarification before proceeding with assessment.

• Notify Business Units (BU) should there be a need to perform risk reclassification and/or inform BU to escalate material adverse news for clearance where necessary.

• Ensure proper maintenance of records and accurate resolution of screening results

• Participate in any user testing and data preparation should there be any system enhancements

• Ensure appropriate approvals are obtained for any exceptions or deferment as stipulated in UOBM’s AML/CFT guidelines

• Perform monthly reporting as and when required by Group Wholesale Banking, Country Compliance and/or any other parties.

Job Details :

• Working days: Monday – Friday

• Working hours: 8.45 AM – 5.45 PM

• Working Location: Jalan Raja Laut, Kuala Lumpur (nearby LRT Bandaraya)

• Salary : Up to RM3,000
