Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Possess at least Higher Diploma in Accounting.
  • FRESH GRADUATES / ENTRY LEVEL APPLICANTS are encourages to apply
  • INITIAL TRAINING is provided.
  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Required Skill(s): MS Word, MS Excel, SQL Accounting System.

Tanggungjawab

  • Manage full set of accounts following accounting principles, including bank reconciliation, schedules, journal entries, and other deliverable required for reporting purposes.
  • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Process sales invoices and supplier invoices.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
  • Participate in financial audits.
  • Manage tax compliance, including corporate income tax, deferred tax, withholding tax, tax returns and others.
  • Willing to travel outstation for event.
  • Assist in event preparation work.
  • Any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
