Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles).

Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of local financial regulations and taxation is an advantage.

Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin/Cantonese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Handle daily accounting and finance operations.

Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts, financial statements, and reports.

Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

Process invoices, payments, reimbursements, and bank transactions.

Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing.

Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and external parties when required.

Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.

Assist in tax submissions and other regulatory filings where applicable.

Support management with financial analysis and ad-hoc reporting.
