Kelayakan
Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant company secretarial working experience and leadership.
Hands-on experience in MyCoID and MBRS for SSM submissions and lodgements.
Strong knowledge of the Companies Act 2016, and secretarial best practices.
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage.
Possess a Diploma/Degree in Corporate Administration, Secretarial Practice or related field.
Possess a valid Company Secretary license (MAICSA / MACS / MIA / LS) is a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and planning skills with a positive attitude.
Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
Able to create and implement company secretarial SOPs.
Tanggungjawab
Prepare and maintain statutory records, resolutions, and minutes.
To monitor and supervise the progress of Juniors, if allocated, including to provide guidance to Juniors for all secretarial works and services to be provided to clients.
Liaise with auditors in preparation for and during annual audits.
Advise on company secretarial and compliance matters.
Ensure prompt billing and follow-up on outstanding debts.
