Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Assistant Manager / Senior Executive to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. The position will need to supervising warehouse staffs, optimizing workflows, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are met.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, dispatching, and inventory control.
- Ensure efficient and accurate order fulfilment and timely delivery.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and sales teams.
- Coordinate loading/unloading activities and transport logistics.
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity and quality targets are met.
- Provide support in resolving team conflicts and performance issues.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Oversee proper handling and storage of goods, especially hazardous or fragile items.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and assist in implementing best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean warehouse strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 4–6 years of warehouse/logistics experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or executive-level role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and logistics processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and any Warehouse or Inventory management system.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Forklift license or certification is an advantage.

Pay: From RM4,500.00 per month
