Responsibilities
Prepare invoices, delivery orders, quotations and basic documents
Key in data into system and excel
Maintain and update accurate records, documents, and customer databases
Check and follow up all sales invoices data entry and service records
Assist in answering phone calls, replying emails and handling customer or supplier enquiries
Support other departments as needed with ad-hoc administrative task
