0–6 years of experience in Contact Center / BPO
• C1 English proficiency (mandatory for voice)
• Experience in inbound & outbound voice, chat & email
• Working knowledge of CRM tools
• Strong customer focus, problem-solving & multitasking skills
Responsibilities
• Handle inbound & outbound customer interactions via voice, chat & email
• Resolve queries accurately within defined SLAs
• Document all interactions correctly in CRM/ticketing systems
• Adhere to schedule, quality standards & InfoSec policies
• Meet individual & team performance benchmarks
• Participate in training, calibrations & continuous improvement initiatives
