1) GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Handling fixed asset management and inventories / stock and support cash management matters.

2) JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for fixed asset registration and ensure updated into HITS system by monthly.

• Conduct asset tagging for all applicable registered assets to facilitate proper identification, monitoring, and asset control by monthly.

• Reconcile fixed assets with Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) utilization to ensure accuracy and proper allocation within hospital approved budget by monthly.

• Performing comprehensive physical stock take which to be carried out on a quarterly basis.

• Prepare and finalize the stock take report upon verification of inventory variances with the relevant Heads of Services (HOS) and posting in HITS system.

• Verify the accuracy of the invoices daily.

• Reconcile with top suppliers every month and close follow up on the reconciling items.

• Assist for any documentation required by Central Payment Services.

• Support Finance Manager and Accountant for any information required by KPJHQ.

• Perform any other relevant duties as and when needed by Finance Manager and Accountant.
