· Minimum 1 year of work experience in customer service, logistics, inventory, or administrative functions.
· Good communication and problem-solving skills.
· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
· Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
· Experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory management, or e-commerce operations will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities
· Handle logistics-related issues such as parcel delays, incorrect addresses, delivery disputes, and shipment follow-ups.
· Coordinate with courier partners and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
· Monitor and manage stock movements, inventory records, and stock reconciliation.
· Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and preparing stock reports.
· Prepare and update logistics-related documentation and records.
· Provide administrative support to the Logistics Department.
· Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as assigned by Management.
