Qualification & Requirements

· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.

· 0–2 years’ experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

· Basic knowledge of costing and accounting principles.

· Good in Microsoft Excel and data entry.

· Organized and detail oriented.

· Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

The Project Costing Assistant provides administrative and basic costing support to the project costing team. This role focuses on data entry, document control, and assisting in cost tracking to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cost Data Support

· Assist in collecting and entering cost data into the system.

· Update cost tracking sheets and maintain records.

· Support in gathering quotations for materials and services.

2. Budget & Cost Monitoring Support

· Help track daily and monthly project expenses.

· Assist in comparing actual costs against budget.

· Flag discrepancies to the superior.

3. VO & Documentation Support

· Assist in preparing documents for Variation Orders (VO).

· Organize supporting documents such as invoices, claims, and quotations.

· Maintain proper filing of project costing records.

4. Reporting Support

· Assist in preparing basic cost reports and summaries.

· Compile data for monthly reporting.

· Ensure documents are complete and up to date.

5. Coordination

· Liaise with site staff to collect required costing information.

· Support communication between costing, procurement, and finance teams.

6. Compliance & QHSE

· Follow company policies and procedures.

· Support QHSE initiatives and safe work practices.

· Perform any other duties assigned by superior.
