Job Responsibilities
Handle daily document filing and data entry tasks
Update customer information, order records, and basic inventory records
Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media platforms
Manage customer orders, reservations, takeaway, and delivery arrangements
Follow up on customer complaints and feedback professionally
Introduce products, menus, and ongoing promotions to customers
Ensure excellent customer experience for both online and walk-in customers
Assist with general administrative and operational support when required
