Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Brand / Marketing or a related discipline with minimum working experience in branding and creative field
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in branding from planning, strategy and ideation to execution.

Tanggungjawab
Support the development and execution of campaigns to support Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG) and its subsidiaries’ brand awareness and brand recognition.
Assist in driving regular idea generation sessions and creating comprehensive proposals for upcoming brand initiatives and campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams and business units to ensure execution of MAG brand vision and strategy is aligned across the Group’s channels and markets.
Assist in tracking and monitoring budgets with an aim to maximise cost efficiency and return on investment (ROI) of branding activities.
Plan and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure MAG and its subsidiaries’ brand value proposition and strategy are consistently executed across the Group.
Keep up to date with market trends and new developments by utilising the information to generate creative ideas, materials, templates, and collateral for the Group.
Partner with the advertising agency and research team to gather and analyse data to report on brand growth.
Track and monitor trends as well as keep an eye on competitive companies in the marketplace to stay ahead of competition.
Track, monitor, measure, and report performance of all branding campaigns and awareness to assess ROI.
Assist in implementing the right media and public relations mix for campaigns.
Handle required administrative duties and paperwork to support the smooth day to day operations of the department.
