Sepenuh Masa Production Supervisor Jobs, salary up to MYR 10,000 in M&J Supply Chain Services Sdn Bhd Ulu Tiram - Maukerja

• Education: Diploma or above (Bachelor's degree preferred).

• Major: Engineering or management-related field.

• Experience: Manufacturing industry experience, including more than 3 years as a Production Supervisor or equivalent.

• Knowledge: Familiar with production procedures and quality standards; mechanical industry background preferred; proficient in ERP and other system software.

• Languages: Proficient in Mandarin (to liaise with International HQ and local teams).

• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Organize and implement production according to plan; complete tasks with required quality and quantity.

• Conduct skills training for workshop employees (equipment operation, process instructions, record keeping, safety, etc.); assist with employee evaluation.

• Supervise compliance with on-site process discipline to improve eAiciency and ensure product quality.

• Implement quality management requirements and support process improvement.

• Report process, equipment, or environmental abnormalities to superiors and coordinate solutions.

• Handle emergencies and resolve disputes/conflicts in the assigned workshop area.

• Follow up on safety issue rectification and take action on unresolved items.

• Carry out cost-control targets; control raw material usage, improve equipment utilization, promote energy saving.

• Arrange daily inspection and Level 1/Level 2 maintenance of production equipment.
