Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant IT support experience.

• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and IT equipment.

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining company servers, networks, and security systems.

• Support users with system access, email setup, and software-related issues.

• Perform routine system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related matters.

• Maintain IT inventory and documentation.

• Assist in implementing and improving IT processes and systems.
