Looking for a stable office job where you'll actually learn useful skills? We're hiring an Admin Clerk to support our daily operations — perfect if you're organized, dependable, and want to grow your accounting & admin experience with proper training.
Your Day-to-Day
- Data entry & daily admin tasks
- Prepare invoices, delivery orders & purchase docs (AutoCount Accounting)
- Update stock records & support inventory
- Keep documents filed and organized
- Handle emails, calls & front-line enquiries
- Help out with ad-hoc tasks from management
You're a Good Fit If You
Have SPM or Diploma
Know basic Excel & Word
Are organized, responsible, and quick to learn
Experience with AutoCount is an advantage
