Job Summary
The Legal Affairs Executive will provide legal and administrative support to the company in matters relating to contracts, compliance, corporate documentation, employment matters, and operational legal affairs. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training and guidance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Administration
Assist in reviewing, preparing, and maintaining contracts and legal documents.
Monitor contract expiry dates and renewal schedules.
Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of legal documents.
Legal Compliance
Assist in ensuring company compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Support compliance reviews and internal documentation.
Monitor regulatory updates relevant to company operations.
Corporate Documentation
Assist in preparing legal correspondence, notices, and reports.
Liaise with external lawyers, company secretaries, and government authorities when required.
Support corporate documentation and licensing matters.
Employment & HR Legal Support
Assist in reviewing employment-related documents and policies.
Support HR Department on employment law matters.
Assist in preparing disciplinary and employment-related documentation.
Claims & Dispute Support
Assist in preparing supporting documents for claims and disputes.
Maintain records of legal cases, claims, and correspondence.
Coordinate documentation required by external legal counsel.
Administrative Support
Prepare reports and legal summaries.
Maintain legal databases and document tracking systems.
Perform other duties assigned by Management.
Responsibilities
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB), Legal Studies, or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience
No working experience required.
Internship experience in legal, compliance, corporate secretarial, HR, logistics, shipping, or related fields will be an added advantage.
Knowledge
Basic understanding of:

Language Requirements
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Mandarin will be an added advantage to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
