Location:
KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

Salary Package:
• Basic Salary: RM4,100 – RM4,200
• KPI Incentive: RM300
• Additional Allowance: RM300

Total Monthly Package:
• Up to RM4,800 per month

Joining Date:
• Immediate Hiring
• Able to start before 29 June 2026

Working Hours:
• Permanent Night Shift
• 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Requirements:
• Minimum SPM qualification or above
• SPM holders should have prior working experience in customer support environment
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Experience handling multilingual communication channels will be beneficial
• Role involves daily communication handling for Mandarin-speaking customer market operations
• Position requires completion of internal English communication assessment during hiring process
• Comfortable working in permanent night shift operational environment
• Good communication skills, problem-solving ability, and customer handling skills
