Full Time Transport Coordinator Executive Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,800 in UNITED MOVERS SDN BHD Kota Kinabalu - Maukerja

Location: Wisma Sabah, Kota Kinabalu (First 3 months for onboarding/training); relocating to Sepanggar Port for the long term thereafter.

Working Hours:
10am - 7pm / 8hrs (Mon-Fri)
10am - 4pm (Sat) / 5hrs
Rest Time: 12pm - 1pm

Responsibilities:

* Plan and schedule container pick-ups and deliveries based on customer requirements and operational capacity.

* Assign tasks to drivers ensuring efficient utilization of fleet resources.

* Monitor routes and schedules to ensure on-time delivery and pickup.

* Oversee the daily dispatch and movement of haulage vehicles.

* Liaise with internal teams - Operation dept and Marketing dept. (eg: customer service) to ensure smooth operations.

* Maintain clear communications with drivers regarding job assignments and operational updates.

* Address operational issues, such as delays, vehicle breakdowns or scheduling conflicts.

* Ensure all haulage activities comply with relevant transportation regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

* With 2-3 years of experience in transport/logistics operations - Managing prime movers, trailers, lorries, or container transport is preferred (Salary commensurate with experience)

* Familiarity with haulage operations, container management and Sabah port procedures will be an added advantage

* Proficient in transport management systems & Port VBS system will be an added advantage

* Personal Attributes: Strong leadership, communication skills, multitasking abilities, responsible, able to work independently, problem solving & good teamwork attitude

* Able to work under pressure and solve operational issues effectively

* Possess valid driving license/ motocycle license (preferred)
