Hiring Sales Manager - (Automotive Industry)
Location: Ipoh (HQ) and Taiping (Service Outlet), Perak
Salary: RM5,000 – RM8,000 per month

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily sales operations to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive vehicle sales growth.
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and departmental targets.
  • Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the sales team.
  • Conduct sales training and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, roadshows, and sales activities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify business opportunities and market expansion strategies.

Requirements

  • Diploma, Degree, or relevant professional qualification.
  • Experience in sales management, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in preparing sales reports and performance analysis.
  • Possess a valid driving license.

Working Hours

  • 5.5 to 6 working days per week
  • Generally between 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (subject to operational requirements)

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
