Tanggungjawab

Working Hour: 8:15am-6:00pm (Monday-Friday)

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: SPM or Diploma
  • Have experience in related field is a plus.
  • Computer skills
  • Able to communicate in BM and English
  • Fresh graduate is eligible to apply

Responsibility:

  • Answer incoming customer calls
  • Manage billing issues, product problems, service question and general client concerns.
  • Filing document and receipt payment.
  • Escalate any warehouse operation issues to superior.
  • Order and stock supplies, including maintaining inventory and organizing warehouse.
  • Process stock return and ensure physical returned quantity is accurate.
  • Check driver’s daily delivery summary.
  • Inspects all orders being received and shipped, checking for damage, defective parts, and missing items.
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
