Responsibilities
The incumbent serves as a strategic execution and coordination role under the direct supervision of the Executive Director. This position is responsible for translating the Director’s plans into actionable initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams including Operations, R&D, and Support Departments, and ensuring timely execution of new projects and strategic initiatives across Sang F&B Group outlets and brands.
Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Execution & Director Support
· Assist the Executive Director in executing strategic plans, business initiatives, and special projects.
· Translate directives into structured action plans, timelines, and deliverables.
· Prepare briefing papers, presentations, reports, and follow-up action trackers.
· Monitor progress of assigned initiatives and highlight risks or delays.
2. Project Coordination & Implementation
· Develop project timelines, milestones, and implementation schedules.
· Monitor execution of new outlet openings, brand initiatives, or operational improvements.
· Ensure project deliverables are aligned with company objectives and deadlines.
· Support change management and new SOP rollouts across outlets.
3. R&D Coordination
· Coordinate closely with R&D, Kitchen, and Operations teams for product development and menu innovation.
· Track development progress, testing phases, costing exercises, and launch readiness.
· Facilitate meetings and documentation between R&D and operational stakeholders.
4. Cross-Functional Liaison
· Act as a key liaison between the Director’s Office and Heads of Departments (Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing, Kitchen).
· Coordinate communication, follow-ups, and status updates across departments.
· Support interdepartmental problem-solving and decision implementation.
5. Monitoring & Reporting
· Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports on projects and initiatives.
· Maintain project dashboards and action trackers.
· Monitor KPIs related to project implementation, operational improvements, and business initiatives.
6. Administrative & Special Assignments
· Manage confidential matters and sensitive company information.
· Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items.
· Undertake special assignments or ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Executive Director.
Job Requirement:
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
