Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all shipping and logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of goods.
• Develop and execute shipping plans to support sales targets, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
• Oversee daily logistics activities, including packing, shipping, and inventory movement.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, ISO standards, and relevant regulations.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Investigate and resolve logistics-related issues, delays, and customer complaints.
• Supervise, coach, and develop logistics team members to achieve high performance.
• Conduct internal audits and support compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 13485 requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on logistics processes and best practices.
• Take ownership of departmental performance and other assigned responsibilities.

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years work experience, with minimum 3 years in supervisory role related to logistics, warehouse or distribution
• Strong leadership, negotiating, consensus, team building skills and good in decision making abilities
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office d) Logistics operations knowledge

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
