Clinic Assistant

Location: Poliklinik Aalddrich- 3 BRANCHES (PERLING, SENAI,GELANG PATAH)

Employment Type: Full-Time/Internship/Part time

Job Responsibilities

* Register patients and manage patient records.

* Assist doctors during consultations and procedures.

* Handle appointment scheduling and patient inquiries.

* Perform basic clinical tasks such as taking vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, weight, height).

* Dispense medications under supervision.

* Manage clinic billing, payments, and panel claims.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of consultation rooms and clinic areas.

* Handle stock inventory and ensure adequate medical supplies.

* Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries professionally.

* Perform other administrative and clinic-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

* Minimum SPM qualification.

* Friendly, responsible, and able to work in a team.

* Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
