A volunteer-led non-profit organisation with IPC status, is dedicated to strengthening lives through empowerment, community care, and inclusive support services. Since its founding, they have supported primarily women from low-income backgrounds and those aged 50 and above through emotional support, skills training, social connection, and access to essential resources.
Responsibilities:
•Oversee daily office operations including scheduling, tracking inventory, placing orders and vendor management
•Greet visitors, answer calls and manage incoming/outgoing correspondence
•Perform data entry, filing and maintain records(financial, personnel etc.)
• Support HR admin tasks for team members and volunteers’ attendance, leave tracking
• Manage petty cash , receipt book and raise invoices
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, staff events, and internal communication
• Draft meeting minutes
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in admin
• Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Exceptional multi-tasking and prioritisation skills

9.30am to 2.30pm
