• Handle product recommendations, objections, and negotiations to close sales.

Sales Support & Follow-Up Execution
• Execute structured follow-up sequences for abandoned chats, warm leads, and repeat customers.
• Send promotional broadcasts, campaign reminders, and product updates using approved scripts.
• Support in driving conversion-focused campaigns.
Customer Database & CRM Management
• Maintain accurate customer records including purchase history, tagging, and segmentation.
• Identify high-value customers and flag for VIP upgrading.
• Ensure CRM data is consistently updated and structured.
After-Sales & SOP Handling
• Handle basic returns, refunds, and complaints according to SOP.
