Sepenuh Masa Maintenance Engineer Jobs, salary up to MYR 5,000 in Kesen Ecological Technology (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. Balakong - Maukerja

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field.

Minimum 2 years above experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance or engineering.

Good command of Mandarin to liaise with headquarters technical team in China.

Able to communicate in basic English and Malay.

Experience in equipment installation, commissioning and troubleshooting.

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and control circuit drawings.

Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and automation systems is an added advantage.

Experience in preventive maintenance (PM) and equipment improvement.

Familiar with production machinery, sensors, motors and control systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and handle technical issues under pressure.

Positive working attitude with strong teamwork skills.

Working Hours：Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary will be commensurate with relevant experience and capability.

Responsible for installation, setup and commissioning of production equipment.

Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance.

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and automation issues.

Diagnose equipment failures and minimize production downtime.

Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.

Assist in equipment optimization and production efficiency improvement.

Coordinate with production team and engineering team for equipment operation.

Maintain proper maintenance records, SOP and technical documentation.

Liaise with headquarters engineering team in China for technical support.

Manage spare parts inventory and equipment maintenance schedule.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.

Perform other engineering-related duties assigned by management.
