Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Languages: Must be proficient in Mandarin (中文), English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written). Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers is essential.

  • At least 1–2 years of working experience in sales/admin (F&B supply, wholesale, or fresh produce industry is an advantage).

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, WhatsApp Business).

  • Positive attitude, hardworking, responsible, and able to work independently.

  • Own transport and willing to do field visits occasionally.

  • Fresh graduates with strong sales potential are welcome to apply.

Tanggungjawab

  • Handle daily sales enquiries (phone, WhatsApp, email) and close orders for fresh produce, frozen items, and groceries.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers (restaurants, hotels, retailers).

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and sales reports.

  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team for timely delivery.

  • Perform general admin duties: data entry, filing, stock updates, and customer follow-ups.

  • Support marketing activities and expand customer base in Klang Valley.
