Bachelor's degree or above, major in human resource management is preferred
Proficient in English/Mandarin as this role requires to speak with internal hiring manager from China stakeholders.
Preferably at least 2 years’ recruitment experience specializing in Recruitment within the retail industry/F&B industry/recruitment agency in mass hiring
Proficient in using job boards and social media recruitment tools to attract top talent.
Strong ability to work independently and proactively as well as collaborate within a team.

Tanggungjawab
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, cold calling, screening, shortlisting, selecting candidates, arranging and conducting interviews, reference checks, and onboarding.
Develop and execute recruitment plans aligned with the company’s growth strategy to ensure timely and effective hiring.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive engagement, networking, and social media recruitment.
Analyze and monitor recruitment channels, optimizing efficiency and improving the hiring timeline.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with candidate selection criteria.
Support talent mapping efforts, including adjusting talent profiles and updating recruitment strategies based on market trends.
Update and analyze recruitment data, identifying challenges in the hiring process and providing data-driven solutions for continuous improvement.
End-to-End Onboarding Support: Coordinate the entire pre-boarding and onboarding lifecycle, ensuring a frictionless transition from signed offer to Day One. This includes preparing welcome packs, scheduling orientation sessions, and liaising with IT, Facilities, and Payroll to guarantee new hires have everything they need before they arrive.
Drive recruitment efforts for retail outlets and headquarters roles, including partnerships with vocational schools, universities, and recruitment agencies to enhance employer branding and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline.
Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and other initiatives to attract top talent.
Support HR projects and employer branding initiatives as assigned.
