Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Understand clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions and support.

  • Manage client accounts and ensure timely delivery of products and services.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet client requirements and expectations.

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, reports, and other account-related documentation.

  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for business growth.

  • Follow up on outstanding matters and ensure prompt resolution of client issues.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review business performance and discuss future opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities.

Tanggungjawab

  • Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in account management, sales, client servicing, or a related role.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Possess a positive attitude, self-motivation, and a customer-oriented mindset.

  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (optional, depending on business needs).Experience in professional services, accounting, audit, tax, or consulting industries.

  • Experience handling corporate clients and key accounts.

  • Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
