Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (advantageous but not compulsory).

At least 1–2 years of proven experience in renovation and construction projects (residential/commercial).

Strong knowledge of site supervision, renovation processes, and construction standards.

Good problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Skills required: Site Management, Construction Supervision, Blueprint Reading and Quality Control.

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, including renovation and construction works, to ensure smooth and efficient progress.

Monitor work quality and progress to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.

Prepare and submit regular site reports on progress, issues, and scheduling to the Project Manager.

Manage on-site materials, tools, and equipment to minimize delays, wastage, and ensure optimal resource usage.

Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and workers to ensure tasks are completed effectively and on time
