  • Working Hour: 6pm - 8am (9 hour per shift)

  • Working Day: Monday - Sunday (5 day work)

  • Applicants must be willing to work in KL Sentral

  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
