Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder (any field)

• Proficient in Mandarin and English (written & reading)

• Strong written communication and attention to detail

• Able to handle customer inquiries via chat / email channels

• Willing to work rotational shifts, including night shifts (allowance & proper scheduling provided)

• Minimum 1 year customer service / non-voice support experience is an advantage

Working Hours & Location:

• 9 working hours per day (including 1-hour break)

• 24/7 rotational shift system，2 days off per week (rotational)

• Location: Ampang (Accessible by public transport)

• Handle inbound and outboundlive chat, and emailsupport

• Respond to customer inquiries with patience, responsibility, and professionalism

• Provide accurate information and ensure a good customer experience

• Update customer records and document interactions

• Escalate complex cases when necessary

• Deliver high-quality service to reduce repeat contacts and escalations
