Kerja Sepenuh Masa Facilities Officer, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di Ottotree Entertainment (Loudspeaker) Selangor - Maukerja

-Candidate must possess at least an SPM qualification or above.

-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Photoshop, with knowledge of system maintenance and operation of song and sound systems.

-Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required, along with good verbal and written communication abilities.

- The candidate must be a team player, capable of working collaboratively with others while also being able to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in system maintenance and troubleshooting will be an added advantage.

1) AUDIT, FINDING AND SOLVE PROBLEM  

-Audit song & sound system by monthly, include facilities inspection.

-Problem finding & solve. Deal with more serious problem until close case.

2) SYSTEM MAINTENANCE  

-To make sure all outlet computer, song and sound system are in good condition and good performance.

-System upgrade (Computer, song & sound system upgrade)

-Deal with more serious problem, lesser problems are still caused by outlet.

-Follow up technical tracking record.  

3) MANAGE DATABASE  

-Outlet equipment listing manages (fixed assets, stock take)

4) TECHNICAL SUPPORT  

-Provide technical knowledge support & training course.

-Outlet support (online / onsite) (onsite deal with more serious problem)

-New outlet setup support.

-Outlet system upgrade support & upgrade schedule arrangement.

-SOP preparing.
