Kelayakan
· Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related fields; professional certification (CPA / ACCA / CIMA) is strongly preferred;
· 5+ years of finance experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years involving cost accounting, inventory management, and variance analysis;
· Familiar with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and public listing compliance requirements;
· Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Yonyou / Kingdee, etc.); experience with cost module is a plus;
· Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken), capable of working as a business language with Group and cross-functional teams.
Tanggungjawab
Cost Variance Analysis & Anomaly Investigation
· Perform monthly work order cost variance analysis (material, labor, overhead), identify abnormal work orders and root causes;
· Conduct attribution analysis on significant deviations between standard and actual costs, deliver summary reports, and follow up on corrective actions;
· Identify process gaps such as material without price, unclosed work orders, abnormal issuance/return of materials, and drive cross-functional closure.
2. Operational Support & Improvement Facilitation
· Track key operational KPIs including raw material utilization rate, labor efficiency, scrap rate, proactively identify and report abnormal fluctuations;
· Collaborate with production, warehouse, and planning departments in inventory variance analysis and root cause investigation of book-to-physical discrepancies;
· Support sales project quotation costing, provide project cost alert and gross margin analysis.
3. Management Reports & Analytical Templates
· Prepare monthly product cost analysis report, manufacturing overhead analysis report, gross profit variance report;
· Establish reusable cost analysis templates and anomaly alert mechanisms to improve team analytical efficiency;
· Guide existing team members in providing basic data, gradually forming a "execution → review → analysis" collaborative model.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration & Knowledge Transfer
· Act as the core finance interface with plant operations, establish regular communication mechanisms with production, warehouse, and procurement;
· Share cost analysis logic and SAP data extraction techniques with existing team members to elevate overall team competency.
