Min education at least a Diploma qualification.

Able to converse English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Understanding of Ocean Import/Export regulations and documents.
Ability to work, Communicate, and resolve problems effectively.
Attention to detail and excellent oral and written Communication skills.
Some customer service experience desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Tanggungjawab
Confirm all shipment information with origin to initiate shipment.
Review/update, verify fees, customer profile, SOP, and rates per quote or customer SOP/work instructions.
Verify shipment status, review pre-alert, and issue shipment handling instructions.
Serve as a liaison between Document Processing Agent and the customer regarding shipment details and/or exceptions.
Communicate exceptions and shipment status with customers.
Work with Accounts Receivable.
Increase customer satisfaction and business share through regular contact (i.e., phone, email, possible visits).
Initiate customer reports.
