What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?

At least 1 years of working experience in retail.

Candidates with experience in mobile device sales will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.

What Role Will You Play in Shaping Client's Future?

To drive the trade-in business by encouraging customers to trade-in their mobile devices

in return for cash.

Assist customer who traded-in their mobile devices in transferring their data from their

current mobile devices to their new device, when necessary.

To accurately catalogue the trade-in devices into the system and storing them in a

secure location.

Attend to customers’ inquiries and provide excellent customer service in meeting

customer expectation.

Resolving customers’ issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Attend and manage the trade-in sales, cash register and processing payment.
