Kerja Sepenuh Masa Quantity Surveyor, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di DE CP CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma holder, Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Familiarity with overall development and construction progress would be added advantage
• Possess good organization & time management skills
• Mature with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good attitude toward team work

Responsibilities:

• Study the scope of work of the tender; Estimate Budget, Prepare time schedule to pricing tender, Quotation list, List out raw material
• Request quotation, make a comparison, built up rate and pricing tender
• Responsible for claims and cost management in which able to prepare progress claims, final account, valuation of contracts works and familiar with contractual claims.
• To prepare valuation of subcontractors’ progress claim, re measurement and variation of works
• Any ad-hoc task as assigned by superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
